The Department of Health (‘Department’) is collecting your information in order to deliver and evaluate the Screen2Save program, personalise your learning experience, and provide additional information if you request it, such as links to order a National Bowel Cancer Screening Program test kit for eligible participants. Personal information collected by the Department is handled in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2009. Your personal information will not be disclosed to other third parties without consent, unless the disclosure is authorised or required by or under law. If you choose not to provide your personal information, you will be unable to save your progress in Screen2Save.
